Partnering with a senior Saudi sales leader (20+ years) to help companies access the KSA and broader Middle East market. Acting as CTO on client-facing calls, sourcing qualified leads, and addressing tech and service-related business questions.
Unified Process Experts Ltd - Mauritius (Remote)
Guiding enterprises on AI implementation through best-practice methodology, remotely for a Mauritius-based service company. Also leading the development of a high-frequency trading bot combining LSTM models and market regime dispersion prediction, leveraging RAG and agent-orchestration practices.
Versusmind - Luxembourg
Led the group's digital practice covering data & AI-driven omnichannel solutions. Owned P&L, presales and marketing strategy; managed architects, tech leads, PMs, POs, BAs and UX/UI designers. Rolled out GitHub Copilot across the group.
Fédération Française du Bâtiment (via Versusmind)
Primary interface between executive leadership (COMEX) and delivery teams. Defined product roadmap, ran product rituals, and architected the CRM ↔ web platform integration securing accounts for 770K end-users and 50K+ member companies.
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (via Versusmind)
Directed the global overhaul of ALE's web and intranet platforms, engaging VP, CIO and CISO stakeholders. Structured steering committees and stage gates, coordinated cross-functional teams on Jira/Confluence, and led change enablement across geographies.
Progetis - Luxembourg
Ran technical teams and software architecture for B2B SaaS on a 50+ server fleet. Acted as Service Manager for key accounts. Orchestrated the integration of Pierre & Vacances' B2B2C reservation platform (49K properties), improving pricing/inventory pipelines and annual occupancy.
AUSY Luxembourg PSF (Randstad)
Lead Developer, Scrum Master and Product Owner for major financial institutions (SocGen CIB, Crédit Agricole, CACEIS-Amundi). Drove Agile adoption and led 3 teams migrating a national bank's applications to Basel II compliance. On Fund Channel, steered a real-time engine managing €660B in intermediated assets.
INTERMEAT 2 S.A. - Luxembourg
Designed a QHSE web application, then promoted to manage Pixel Production and pivot the company toward software as a primary revenue stream. Architected an automated web-thumbnail platform processing millions of renders per month.
Groupe BS (Bouchers Services / F2o / AgiliT)
Ran IT operations across 3 sites. Deployed intranet and production-tracking tools to 40+ locations in France, trained 700+ end-users, and designed a service layer over legacy ERPs - an early foray into process mapping and large-scale change management.
Consolidation of 126 websites into a single Sitecore platform with personalization, CRM interoperability and AI.
End-to-end transformation of ALE's global web and intranet platforms, from AWS cost optimization to Azure cloud-native architecture and UX modernization.
